written by Folarin Kehinde

Hundreds of residents of the Abuja Municipal Area Council have shut down the office of Malam Mohammed Bello, Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), and the FCT Administration Secretariat over the inauguration of the new elected council chairmen and councillors.

On Thursday, the administration announced the suspension of the inauguration, citing the ruling of an FCT High Court.

Findings revealed that one of the outgoing chairmen had approached the court to seek tenure extension by one year in accordance with the new Electoral Act which stipulates four-year term for area council chairmen in the FCT.

The court had subsequently ruled in his favour.

by Folarin Kehinde May 20, 2022
written by Folarin Kehinde

Islam is getting in trouble. Sudan is the first country to ban Islam:
See how the world is acting fast on the  threat posed by Islam and its barbaric Sharia Law!

Many Christians in US, Europe who became Muslims are doing Ghar Vapsi

Japan has  always refused Muslims to live permanently in their country and they cannot own any real estate or any type of business, and have banned any  worship of Islam.
Any Muslim tourist caught spreading the word of Islam will be deported immediately, including all family members!

Cuba rejects plans for first mosque!

The African nation of Angola and several other nations have officially banned Islam!

A record number of Muslims (over 2,000) deported from Norway as a way of fighting crime.

Since these Muslim criminals have been deported, crime has dropped by a  staggering 72%. Prison Officials are reporting that nearly half of their jail cells are now vacant, Court Rooms nearly empty, Police now free to attend to other matters, mainly traffic offenses to keep their roads & highways safe & assisting the public in as many ways as  they can!

In Germany alone, in the last year, there were 81 violent attacks targeting mosques!

Austrian police arrested 13 men suspected jihad recruiters!

A Chinese court sends 22 Muslim Imams to jail for 16 to 20 years for spreading Islamic hatred & have executed 18 Jihadis; China campaigns against Separatism (disallowing  Islamist to have  their own separate state).

Muslim prayers banned in govt  buildings & schools in Xinjiang (Western China). Hundreds of Muslim families prepared to leave China for their own safety & return back to their own Middle Eastern countries!

Muslim refugees  beginning to realize that they are not welcome in Christian countries because of their violent ways & the continuing wars in Syria & Iraq whipped up by the hideous IS who are murdering young children & using  mothers & daughters as sex slaves!

British Home Secretary  prepares to introduce ‘Anti-Social Behaviour Order’ for extremists & strip dual nationals of their Citizenship. Deportation laws also being prepared!

The Czech Republic blatantly refuses Islam in their country, regarding it as evil!

Many US states- A new controversial amendment that will ban the recognition of “foreign laws which would  include Sharia law”!

The Polish Defense League issues a warning  to Muslims. 16 States have all Introduced Legislation to Ban Sharia Law!

Many Muslims in Northern Ireland have announced  plans to leave the country to avoid anti-Islamic violence by Irish locals.

The announcement comes after an attack on groups of Muslims in the city of Belfast, Groups of Irish locals went berserk & bashed teenage Muslim gangs who were referring to young Irish girls as sluts & all should be gang raped, as per ”Sharia  Law”.

Even hospital staff were reluctant to treat the battered Muslim Patients, the majority were given the Band-Aid treatment & sent home with staff muttering ”Good Riddance”!

North Carolina bans Islamic “Sharia Law” in the State, regarding it now as a criminal offence!

Dutch MPs call for removal of all mosques in the Netherlands. One of the Members of the Dutch Parliament said: “We want to clean Netherlands of Islam”! Dutch MP Michael DeGraaf spoke on behalf of the Party for Freedom when he said,

“All mosques in the  Netherlands should be shut down. Without Islam, the Netherlands would  be a wonderful safe country to live in, as it was before the arrival of  Muslim refugees”!

Ignore Report that Osinbajo Campaign will Provide Hotel Accommodation for over 7,000 APC Delegates – Babafemi Ojudu

by Folarin Kehinde May 20, 2022
written by Folarin Kehinde

The Osinbajo Campaign Organization has debunk a false report attributed to the VP,s s Special Adviser, Babafemi Ojudu, that it would provide hotel accomodations for 7,000 APC Delegates as the party’s primary elections draws nearer.

Attributing such a claim to Senator Babafemi Ojudu, Special Adviser to the President, in the Office of the Vice-President, the report falsely claimed that “Ojudu announced this to delegates in Minna, while wooing them to vote for Osinbajo during the party’s primaries.”

For the records, Senator Ojudu at no time made such a claim and the Osinbajo Campaign team has no such plans. Such reported offers of free accommodation and free food should be ignored.

The Vice President continues to spend time interacting directly with the APC delegates and stakeholders across the States, while answering their questions on issues of politics and governance.

It is the plan and intention of the Osinbajo Campaign Team to keep engaging the APC delegates on the major issues of the day, exchanging ideas on how to move the country forward and forging a partnership of stakeholders whose collaboration would go beyond the 2023 elections.

Breaking: N80B missing; EFCC arrest Accountant General of the Federation, Ahmed Idris

by Leading Reporters May 16, 2022
written by Leading Reporters

The Accountant General of the Federation, Ahmed Idris, has been arrested over alleged money laundering and diversion of public funds, by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

Mr Idris was reportedly intercepted in Kano by operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Monday evening and has been flown to Abuja, the nation’s capital, for interrogation.

The EFCC has for reportedly been investigating Mr Idris over a case of diversion of at least N80 billion in public funds which was allegedly laundered through some bogus contracts.

The companies allegedly used in laundering the funds have allegedly been linked to family members and associates of the accountant-general, according to investigators.

Mr Idris was arrested according to sources within the commission after failing to honour several invitations for interrogation.

“We kept inviting him but he kept dodging us,” one of our sources said. “We were left with no choice than to keep him under watch and arrest him.”

The spokesperson for the EFCC Mr Wilson Uwujaren however issued a Statement confirming the arrest.

The Statement reads in part “Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Monday, May 16, 2022 arrested serving Accountant General of the Federation, Mr. Ahmed Idris in connection with diversion of funds and money laundering activities to the tune of N80billion( Eighty Billion Naira only).

“The Commission’s verified intelligence showed that the AGF raked off the funds through bogus consultancies and other illegal activities using proxies, family members and close associates.

“The funds were laundered through real estate investments in Kano and Abuja.

Mr Idris was arrested after failing to honour invitations by the EFCC to respond to issues connected to the fraudulent acts.”

President Muhammadu Buhari had appointed Mr Ahmed Idris accountant-general on June 25, 2015.

The position became vacant at the time after the former Accountant General, Jonah Otunla, left office on June 12, 2015 on the Expiration of his tenure.

Mr Idris was reappointed by President Muhammadu Buhari for a second four-year term in June 2019, amid criticisms from labour groups who said the accountant-general should retire after turning 60.

Mr Idris, who is a native of Kano State, North-west Nigeria, was born on November 25, 1960, and was until his appointment as the accountant General in 2015 the Director of Finance and Accounts in the Federal Ministry of Mines and Steel Development.

Nigeria, others witness lunar eclipse today

by Folarin Kehinde May 16, 2022
written by Folarin Kehinde

Centre Director, Dr. Bonaventure Okere, stated that the lunar eclipse would be visible from across the nooks and crannies of Nigeria, as well as in several other countries of Africa, North and South America, Europe and parts of Asia.

He added that the lunar eclipse has remained one of the most interesting astronomical events/phenomena for sky-watchers globally over the years.

The natural phenomenon, according to him, occurs “when the Earth blocks the Sun’s light, which otherwise would have struck and reflect off the moon’s surface. In other words, the moon passes into the umbra/deep shadow of the Earth.

“When this happens, the short-wavelength light from our planet is scattered/absorbed while the light of longer wavelength (red colour) is refracted around the edges of the atmosphere while falling upon the moon’s surface, thereby turning the moon reddish in colour (the Blood Moon).”

National Hospital Dismissed Report of Late Osinachi’s Corps Singing ‘Ekwueme’ in Mortuary

by Folarin Kehinde May 16, 2022
written by Folarin Kehinde

The National Hospital in Abuja on Monday dismissed claims that the corpse of popular gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu was singing ‘Ekwueme’ while in the mortuary.

Dr Tayo Haastrup, the spokesman of National Hospital, said there was no proof that Osinachi’s body was singing in the morgue.

According to Haastrup a dead person couldn’t be singing while in the morgue.

Osinachi, a chorister in Dunamis International Gospel Center, died a few months ago allegedly due to domestic violence she suffered from her husband, Peter Nwachukwu.

Following her death, her corpse was deposited in the National Hospital mortuary.

Reports had it that mortuary attendants alleged that Osinachi’s corpse was singing her hit track, Ekwueme, in the middle of the night.

Reacting to the report, Haastrup said: “Medically, there is nothing like that; it’s just an imagination of people. Somebody that is dead and is a corpse, how would such a person be singing in the night?

“There is no medical backup to that; it’s an imagination that may be due to the church she attended while alive, and the songs may just be giving people ideas, but there is no proof in any way. It just can’t be proven in any way.

“Somebody that is dead is dead and has become a corpse; it’s inside a morgue, it can’t sing and can’t move so it’s an imagination of people.”

On the autopsy report, he said: “It’s a corona case, and it’s confidential; we can’t reveal anything there. The IPO in charge will give it to the IGP, who will turn it to the court.

“The result has been submitted all the same, and our people did it confidentially.”

Hackers can now unlock, steal your vehicles, NCC warns

by Folarin Kehinde May 16, 2022
written by Folarin Kehinde

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) is alerting telecom consumers and members of the public on an ongoing cyber-vulnerability that allows a nearby hacker to unlock vehicles, start their engines wirelessly and make away with the cars.

According to the Commission, the fact that car remotes are categorized as short-range devices that make use of radio frequency (RF) to lock and unlock cars informed the need to alert the general public of this emergent danger, where hackers take advantage to unlock and start a compromised car.

The Commission in the latest advisory released its Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT), said: “The vulnerability is a Man-in-the-Middle (MitM) attack or, more specifically, a replay attack in which an attacker intercepts the RF signals normally sent from a remote key to the car, manipulates these signals, and re-sends them later to unlock the car at will.”

“With this latest type of cyber-attack, it is also possible to manipulate the captured commands and re-transmit them to achieve a different outcome altogether.

“Multiple researchers disclosed a vulnerability, which is said to be used by a nearby attacker to unlock some Honda and Acura car models and start their engines wirelessly. The attack consists of a threat actor capturing the radio frequency (RF) signals sent from your key fob to the car and resending these signals to take control of your car’s remote keyless entry system,” the Commission added.
