The Court of Appeal in Abuja has sacked the lawmaker representing Adamawa North Senatorial District in the National Assembly, Ishaku Abbo.
Leading reporters gathered that Senator Abbo, a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC)was sacked on Monday.
This was confirmed by the lawmaker.
The court voided his election in favour of the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Amos Yohanna.
