The Federal Government of Nigeria has reportedly begun the sale of bags of rice worth forty thousands naira to only public servants in the Federal Capital Territory.
According to a circular seen by LEADING REPORTERS today, each civil servant is entitled to one bag while two civil servants can share one accordingly.
